With the 2026 Super Bowl just two months away, the buzz around its halftime show continues to build up. The NFL continues to be questioned by fans since it announced Bad Bunny as the performer. The rapper has been criticized, and many fans and critics are demanding a replacement.
However, the league has been firm with its decision. Amid all the backlash Bad Bunny has been facing, there are also some on his side. That inlcudes Travis Kelce's ex-girlfriend, Kayla Nicole.

She was asked on Tuesday to share her opinion on Bad Bunny's upcoming halftime show performance. The former NFL reporter said she's excited for it.
“Absolutely love," Nicole said (25:18), via the "Boyfriend Material with Harry Jowsey" podcast. "I'm so excited. I don't know a lot of Bad Bunny's music, but I know Bad Bunny's vibes, and I'm all for the vibes. I think that I've seen clips of like his residency that he did in Puerto Rico. That looked so fun. I think it's going to be a great freaking show.”
Nicole also opened up about her social media experience with trolls. The influencer shared her battles with being "overly sexualized" and the criticism she constantly receives for her outfit choices.
Cowboys co-owner Charlotte Jones defended Bad Bunny's selection for SB halftime show
Dallas Cowboys co-owner Charlotte Jones defended Bad Bunny's selection to headline the 2026 Super Bowl halftime show.
“I think our Latina fan base is amazing, and I think when you think about the Super Bowl, you want the No. 1 performer in the world to be there," Jones said on Nov. 12, via the "The Katie Miller Podcast." "Our whole society is based on immigrants who have come here and have founded our country, and I think we can celebrate that."
While Jones expressed her support for the rapper, Chiefs heiress Gracie Hunt is not happy with the league's decision. Hunt recently expressed her disapproval of Bad Bunny performing at the halftime show by supporting Erika Kirk's stance about it.
