Travis Kelce reveals drama-free 2.5-year romance with fiancée Taylor Swift after George Clooney questions Chiefs TE's relationship

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce got engaged to pop music icon Taylor Swift in August, after dating for two years. On Wednesday, Kelce revealed that he and Swift have never argued in their relationship so far.

In Wednesday's episode of Kelce's "New Heights" podcast, the Chiefs TE was joined by Hollywood movie star George Clooney as a special guest. Kelce asked Clooney about his relationship with his wife, Amal, whom the actor has been married to since 2014.

"You claim that you and your wife haven't gotten in a fight in 10 years. Are you lying?" Kelce said (1:24:30).

Clooney said he wasn't lying and then asked Kelce the same question.

"Well, it's only been two-and-a-half years, and you're right. I haven't gotten an argument. Never once." Kelce said.

Kelce and Swift have been dating since the summer of 2023. The music star has also often appeared at Chiefs games to support the tight end.

When the Chiefs won the Super Bowl in 2024, Kelce and Swift celebrated together on the field.

In August, Kelce opened up on his natural romance with Swift.

"Nothing I’ve ever done has been a controlled, organized process,” Travis said. “When I say it was so organic, we fell in love just based on the people we were sitting in a room together with.”

Kelce and Swift have yet to announce a date for their wedding.

Travis Kelce and the Chiefs (6-6) will lock horns with the Houston Texans (7-5) in Week 14 of the 2025 NFL season on Sunday. The game is set to kick off at 8:20 p.m. ET from Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri.

The Texans have looked solid in the past few weeks and are on a four-game win streak.

The Chiefs, on the other hand, will want to get back to winning ways after their Thanksgiving Day loss to the Dallas Cowboys.
