"Table in the living room" - Jason Kelce's wife Kylie plans on modifying major family ritual for Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving at Jason Kelce's house has been celebrated a little differently compared to the average household. Kelce's wife, Kylie, recently came forward to reveal her preparations for the family dinner and how it would be different for her four daughters Wyatt, Elliotte, Bennett and Finnley.

During Tuesday's episode of the "Not Gonna Lie" podcast, Kylie admitted to having her daughters eat the Thanksgiving dinner separately. The podcast revealed how the adults will be eating their meals in the dining room while the children have their meals in the living room.

"When we sit down to Thanksgiving dinner, I will probably put the kids' table in the living room where we can see it from the dining room table, and I will put on the TV,” Kylie said. [Timestamp: 11:26]

Moving forward, Kylie offered reassurance that "there will come a time where my kids will sit at the table and indulge in holiday meals." However, it won't come until all of them turn into grown-ups. The podcaster also shared a selfish reason behind putting her daughters' dinner table in the living room.

"And also selfishly, I wanna eat my food. So, how about that?" Kylie said.

Jason Kelce admitted to disliking a popular tradition of Thanksgiving dinner

There has been one tradition that Jason Kelce doesn't enjoy on Thanksgiving - getting turkey served for dinner. However, he admitted to compromising on his taste buds, only when the turkey is served fried. During an exclusive interview with PEOPLE earlier this month, the ex-Eagles center opened up about his preferences for turkey on Thanksgiving, and said:

“I don't like turkey that much. The only time I really have ever had like a turkey is when I've seen it fried, probably [due to the] moisture content in it. I've never grilled a turkey, I've had turkey smoked. I've had turkey out of the oven."

In another segment of the interview, Jason revealed a ritual that has been a major part of his family's Thanksgiving tradition, which involved her mother, Donna Kelce. Talking about Donna, Jason previously called for action after her mother revealed her unfulfilled career, which she gave up on due to motherhood responsibilities.
