Stephen A. Smith has been in a long-running feud with fellow analyst Jason Whitlock. Earlier this week, Whitlock slammed Smith for the way he portrayed his father in his book compared to how he used to speak about his dad early in his journalism career. Whitlock hit back at Smith on his "Fearless" show on Saturday, hammering the "First Take" host for questioning his credibility. Whotlock also called out Smith for his recent comments around Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy, after the ESPN analyst labelled New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye a "liar." "Stephen A. Smith is an idiot and a ret**d," Whitlock said. "And he's talked himself into a problem with 'First Take.' And so now, he's trying to get back on his best behavior with the Drake Maye deal. And you know how you get back on your best behavior with the Drake Maye deal? You go after Jason Whitlock." Whilock also said that Smith's diss against him last year was so he could distract his audience with a new topic after he was in "hot water."Whitlock then referred to Smith as a "liar."Stephen A.
