Stefon Diggs hit with counter-lawsuit by ex-stylist Christopher alleging Patriots WR "exposed his genitalia" & tried to kiss him

Christopher Blake Griffith, the President of Entertainment Marketing & Sports Relations at W&L Entertainment Relations & Management, has filed a counter-lawsuit accusing NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs of drugging and trying to sexually assault him.

Griffith filed the case in federal court in Maryland on Friday. He alleges the incident occurred on May 22, 2023, at Diggs’ home in Maryland, claiming Diggs “intentionally drugged” him and then made unwanted sexual advances. According to the complaint, he says Diggs “exposed his genitalia,” tried to kiss him “on the mouth,” and “grabbed hold” of his shoulder before kissing his ear “with his tongue.”

Griffith also claims that about a week later, three of Diggs’ “close associates,” including his brother Darez Diggs, attacked him on Diggs' behalf.

The counterclaim follows Diggs' Oct. 1 libel lawsuit against Griffith in federal court in New York. In the suit, Diggs said Griffith’s accusations, including claims of drugging, attempted sexual assault and even a murder plot were “entirely fabricated” and meant to damage his reputation.

Before filing his counter-lawsuit, Griffith criticized Diggs in an Instagram Story in August after seeing the New England Patriots wide receiver appear in a new UGG campaign.

“Sooooo Stefon Diggs drugged me, attempted to sexually assault me, and then conspired w/his employees/ hitmen to organize an attack on my life that his brother (Darez Diggs) was charged and convicted for being involved in… & UGG gave him a campaign spot standing alongside Sarah Jessica Parker???” Griffith wrote. “Somebody’s gotta do their homework… I’m disgusted.”

Griffith’s attorney, Jake Lebowitz of Posey Lebowitz PLLC, said his client plans to keep fighting.

“Chris Griffith is going to have his say and is looking forward to getting justice for the sexual and physical attacks perpetrated against him,” Lebowitz told The New York Post on Friday.

Diggs has denied all accusations.

Stefon Diggs and Cardi B are celebrating the birth of their first child together, a baby boy born Nov. 4. Cardi B shared the first glimpse of the baby on Thursday.

"11/4 🧸🩶🏈," Cardi B captioned the Instagram post.

The baby was swaddled in a New England Patriots blanket, showing Cardi cradling her son in a turquoise armchair beside a stuffed elephant and rocking horse.

This is Cardi B’s fourth child and Diggs’ third..
