Josina Anderson has defended Shedeur Sanders from criticism in his rookie season. The seasoned supporter regularly posts on X (formerly Twitter) to that effect, and she has been vocal about her reservations regarding Kevin Stefanski's handling of Shedeur Sanders' first-team reps.On Friday, a Cleveland Browns writer claimed that Anderson's sister sent him harassing messages over the former Colorado Buffaloes star. The writer, Zac Jackson, said that he got this message:"So, Shedeur Sanders is to forget about what happened in the summer. Aren’t you the same m*tt who lied about him last month and what happened during the draft?""Called out by Deion Jr. in your hit piece. You cowardly, pathetic creature. I don’t understand why you and many of the Cleveland media write vile lies about the young king. He is all that you will never be. You have no one to blame for where you are in your miserable life."He replied,"With all due respect, which is none, I have never lied about Shedeur. I have no idea what you are talking about or why you are so angry with me. You are ridiculous. I said run along, play in traffic. Something like that. Oh, and something I said was that you sent this message to me twice, so clearly you have mental issues.”The sender retorted after two days, writing,"Ah, yes, I did send it twice, making sure you got my message. The fact that you responded lets me know I hit a nerve, and I am surprised you can even read. I’ll let my sister know you actually had balls to reply, but find it odd you have not responded to Deion Jr.""You have no idea who you’re dealing with, white man. Take a guess at who my sister is. I’ll enjoy seeing the look on your face when you realize it. Taken a bath yet? I smell the stench from this email.”Jackson noted that the sender's last name is Anderson and believed she's the sister of Josina Anderson. The Browns beat writer then sent a final reply to the sender. He wrote,"And so this person is claiming to be related and is claiming to pass this message along. That tells me, Josina, that you’re inciting this kind of sh*t. And it's bullsh*t. Your mental issues are not my problem. And your opinions are not my problem either."Josina Anderson caught wind of Jackson's words after Awful Announcing posted on X (formerly Twitter) about the exchange. She replied,"This defamatory accusation from @AkronJackson of The Athletic on his podcast is categorically false. I do not have a sister named "Sheila Anderson," nor do I have a sister who reached out to Zac Jackson in any form or fashion."Anderson continued,"I listened to the reported podcast, and I can't believe that Jackson would so recklessly share that story on his platform without checking with me first and verifying the false claim."She concluded, writing,"I will handle this with the appropriate action."Jackson has yet to reply to Anderson's post.Shedeur Sanders and the Browns up against the Titans in Week 14In the meantime, Shedeur Sanders is preparing for his third start. He's up against the Tennessee Titans in Week 14, and he's set to face off against the first overall pick of the 2025 draft, Cam Ward.Ward and Sanders were initially projected to be the first and second QB picks in this year's draft. The Titans selected Cam Ward first overall, but Shedeur Sanders slipped down to the fifth round before the Cleveland Browns took a flier on him. It then took a couple of trades and injuries for him to get his first start in the league.Shedeur Sanders will lead the Browns (3-9) into the matchup against Ward's Titans (1-11). Both quarterbacks will fancy their chances given the losing records of their respective franchises. Furthermore, there are bragging rights at stake as both shot callers share a good relationship off the gridiron.
