Rome Odunze's gf Alannah Davidson drops 4-word message as Bears highlight star WR's selfless act

Rome Odunze was surprisingly not a part of the Chicago Bears' offensive outburst in Week 9. The Bears defeated the Bengals 47-42 on Sunday afternoon and the second-year wide receiver didn't register a single catch.

The Chicago Bears shared a clip on Instagram of Odunze mic'd up for the Week 9 game. He can be heard encouraging his teammates during the game and showing true sportsmanship despite not getting a single target. The Bears' Instagram caption called his actions on the field, 'selfless' as he continued to support his teammates.

Rome Odunze's girlfriend, Alannah Davidson reshared the clip on her own Instagram Story. Davidson gave Odunze kudos for hyping up his teammates.

In the previous eight games, the Chicago Bears wide receiver had 31 receptions for a total of 473 receiving yards and five touchdowns.

Chicago Bears wide receiver Rome Odunze's girlfriend, Alannah Davidson, recently celebrated her birthday with friends and loved ones. She took to Instagram to share a few snapshots of her 24th birthday celebration last week.

In the photos, Alannah Davidson wore a long-sleeved black dressed that she paired with black boots. In another photo, she was presented a birthday cake and blew out the candles on her big day. In the caption, she shared her gratitude for her loved ones.

"24 from a few different angles 😙🤳🎂 blessed and grateful!!!"

Davidson and Odunze began dating in March 2021 when they both were students at the University of Washington. In June 2024, Alannah Davidson celebrated her graduation from the university with a post on Instagram, adding that she was grateful for her time and the experiences she had.

In four years at Washington, Odunze surpassed the 1,000 receiving yard mark twice and in his senior season he had 1,640 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns, both career high totals.

In April 2024, Odunze was drafted by the Chicago Bears with the ninth overall selection in the draft.
