Cleveland coach Kevin Stefanski received backlash after pulling Shedeur Sanders before a 2-point conversion attempt with the game on the line versus Tennessee on Sunday. The Browns failed to convert and lost 31-29.
Former All-Pro cornerback Aqib Talib lashed out at Stefanski for not going with the rookie quarterback to tie the game.
"Please get Stefanski out of Cleveland!!! This makes no sense!!!" Talib tweeted.

Stefanski opted for a trick wildcat play featuring Quinshon Judkins. The running back failed to pass the ball to wide receiver Gage Larvadain, handing the Titans their second win this season.
Sanders completed 23 of 42 passes for 364 yards and four touchdowns, and added 29 rushing yards and a score. He pulled off two remarkable scoring drives in the final six minutes, giving the Browns hope that they could take the game to overtime. Sanders defended Stefanski following the loss.
"If I'm out there any play, I would always (wish) to have the ball in my hand," Sanders told reporters. "But that's not what football is. Sometimes, you got to run the ball, sometimes you got to kick the field goal."
Cleveland (3-10) has lost two consecutive games and is at the bottom of the AFC North.
Kevin Stefanski gets honest about taking Shedeur Sanders off the field
Kevin Stefanski addressed the media after Sunday's loss to Tennessee. He opened up about his decision not to go with Shedeur Sanders in the game-deciding drive.
"Not gonna get in all specifics, but obviously, did not go as we thought it would," Stefanski said. "Yeah, I make every call. Again, it's a two point play, didn't come through in our first two point play, got to the second two point play, we didn't come through. But that's on me. I'm responsible for all (play-calling)."
Sanders said the team practiced and executed the play but couldn't pull it off on Sunday. The rookie added that he would never go against the call.
The Browns will be on the road to face the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field in Week 15. Sanders is expected to keep the QB1 job after his career-best performance versus the Titans.
