"This is genuinely terrible. If the NFL defends this ruling they should be ashamed of themselves," one fan said.

Others went further and called out the league for not being consistent on what they consider a touchdown catch.

"I really cant stand the catch inconsistencies. Most catches need to continue the catch through the ground but Rodgers stops the second his knee touches. Then this isn't?" one fan said.
"What happened to 2 steps and possession," another fan said.

"But toe tapping counts? Make it make sense nfl," another fan said.

Likely reflected on the decision, saying that after the referees made the call, there's nothing players can do.

"They made a call, and we have to live with what the referees say at the end of the day," Likely said. "I guess I have to just get my third foot down."

The Baltimore Ravens couldn't do much against the Steelers, losing 27-22 at home and dropping to 6-7 while seeing the Steelers improve to 7-6. They will clash again in Week 18, in a game that could be more important and dramatic than this duel.

Lamar Jackson says the Isaiah Likely touchdown was legal

Addressing reporters in the locker room, Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson shared his thoughts on the Isaiah Likely touchdown. Jackson said the referees should have allowed it.

"I believe so. I thought it was," Jackson said. "In the end zone, taking steps. (Their guy) just kept punching at the ball. That's all I can see."

After two consecutive losses, the Ravens are in a complex position. They need to get back on track if they still aspire to win the division.
