In an interesting turn of events, Lamar Jackson has been compared to NBA superstar Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors. Pro Football Hall of Famer Ray Lewis sees the similarities.

According to Brandon “Scoop B” Robinson on X (formerly Twitter), Lewis acknowledged the unique threat that Stephen Curry and Lamar Jackson pose on the court & the gridiron. He said,

"If Steph sees the basket, it’s gonna be a problem. You get Lamar a lane, that’s gonna be a problem. So the comparison is absolutely, it’s incredible."

The Baltimore Ravens legend alluded to Michael Vick ushering in a unique playstyle for mobile quarterbacks in the NFL. Vick used his legs to significant effect during his time in the league, and players like Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen, and Jayden Daniels are carrying the torch in the present day.

Jackson is the first quarterback in NFL history to have multiple 1,000-yard rushing seasons, the first with 3,000 passing yards and 1,000 rushing yards in a season, and he's the QB with the most rushing yards in league history.

Lamar Jackson is aiming to lead the Ravens on a playoff push

Lamar Jackson is a two-time MVP, the holder of numerous franchise and league records, and he's likely a lock for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. However, the dual-threat icon is still searching for his first-ever Super Bowl ring.

Jackson has reached the postseason six times, but a trip to the big game eludes the Louisville Cardinals product. Jackson is looking to end that undesirable record in the ongoing campaign.

Jackson and the Ravens are 4-5 to start the season. John Harbaugh's side started the season 1-5, but has since put together a three-game winning streak to put them just one win away from reaching .500 for the season.

Jackson is fit, and he's looking to lead his team to a deep playoff push. The Ravens are one of the more talented teams in the AFC, and anything but a playoff berth will be considered a failure from the top brass.

In front of them is a matchup against the Cleveland Browns. Jackson and Co. might have struggled in the past against the Browns, but they'll fancy their chances this time around.
