Maxx Crosby and the Las Vegas Raiders lost 24-17 to the Denver Broncos on Sunday. It was their seventh consecutive loss and sixth at home. The Raiders (2-11) are tied with the Tennessee Titans and the New York Giants for the worst record in the league.After the game, the Raiders defensive end was asked about losing 11 of the last 12 games. Crosby was direct with his response."You got to just keep playing. You get 17 opportunities. You work year-round to have 17 games. I'm blessed to be here and I know my teammates feel the same. No excuses. Got to keep going."Crosby also stressed what he and the team need to improve."I don't think energy is our problem," Crosby said. "There's a lot of things that need to be better across the board. Simple as that."Las Vegas trailed 14-7 at the end of the first quarter, and Denver extended its lead to 17 with less than four minutes left. The Raiders attempted a late comeback but were limited to a touchdown and a field goal.They lost the battle on the ground as they managed just 40 rushing yards compared to the Broncos' 152. While they limited Bo Nix to zero passing touchdowns, the quarterback sneaked in to the end zone for a rushing score.Meanwhile, Crosby finished with four tackles (two solo) and one sack.Maxx Crosby receives praise from Nik BonittoDenver Broncos outside linebacker Nik Bonitto was full of appreciation for Maxx Crosby following Sunday's game. When asked about what he admires most about the Raiders defensive end, Bonitto said:"Just how relentless he is as a rusher. I always respect that about him. I feel like he's giving 100% on every play, and he plays nearly all the snaps, too. That's really impressive. It shows why he's one of the best in the league."Las Vegas has tough games in the final stretch. The team will be on the road against the Philadelphia Eagles (8-4) on Sunday, followed by another road matchup versus the Houston Texans (8-5).After hosting the New York Giants in Week 17, Crosby and Co. will face the Kansas City Chiefs at Allegiant Stadium in the season finale.
