Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski is facing severe heat after doubling down on his quarterback decision. Following Sunday’s loss to the New York Jets, Stefanski confirmed he’s sticking with rookie Dillon Gabriel as the team’s starter, which left many scratching their heads.“We’re gonna stick with Dillon. Obviously, this is a young player,” Stefanski said, per Tony Grossi. “We have to play better as an offense.”Tony Grossi @TonyGrossiLINKKevin Stefanski on Dillon Gabriel: 'We’re gonna stick with Dillon.
