Burrow is playing in only his third game since getting hurt in Week 2 with turf toe. Cincinnati (4-9) pushed into scoring range before the wheels came off. Humphrey's pick flipped the field, and the Bengals got nothing out of a promising possession.
Baltimore (6-7) entered Paycor Stadium still scrapping for a postseason spot in a tight AFC North race.
Lamar Jackson and Joe Burrow traded turnovers in sloppy first half

Lamar Jackson also threw a pick in the opening half. Bengals safety Jordan Battle grabbed it, giving his team the opportunity to score first. However, Cincinnati wasted it. The offense went nowhere, and Ryan Rehkow came out to punt.
Both teams looked rough early, failing to get on the board. Demetrius Knight Jr. dropped Jackson for a sack during one possession, but the Bengals couldn't capitalize.
Rasheen Ali broke through for Baltimore late in the second quarter. Jackson floated a pass to him from 30 yards out, and the wideout did the rest. He jogged into the end zone clean, putting the Ravens up 7-0 with under five minutes left before halftime.
Cincinnati and Baltimore also met on Thanksgiving, with the Bengals winning 32-14.
