The New York Giants have moved on from Russell Wilson, benching the veteran quarterback for the rest of the season in favor of rookie Jaxson Dart. With Dart and Wilson as the starter and backup, respectively, the future of Jameis Winston has been thrown into doubt.Winston's chances of playing are very slim, and some suggest that he should move to another team to give himself an opportunity to start. One of these teams is the New Orleans Saints."Saints should make a call for #Giants QB3…Jameis Winston," NFL insider Josina Anderson tweeted on Wednesday. The Saints had a quarterback battle between Spencer Rattler and Tyler Shough that went down to the final days of preseason. Rattler ended up winning the race and was named the Week 1 starter. However, the move has backfired. The Saints are 0-3, and their offense has struggled to produce, with Rattler averaging around 200 yards. Shough has only taken one snap, but a simple QB change is likely to not help in the long run.The Saints need a veteran quarterback to help steady the ship and Anderson believes Winston is that quarterback.Where else could Jameis Winston end up?The Saints are not the only team that could benefit from having Jameis Winston on their roster. The Cincinnati Bengals could use him as a replacement for the injured Joe Burrow. The Bengals currently have Jake Browning as their quarterback, but his performance against the Minnesota Vikings over the weekend left a lot to be desired.Winston would be able to provide a sense of stability for the Bengals and potentially keep them on the edge of the playoffs, rather than fighting for the No. 1 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
