In another Instagram story, Haley gave a closer look at her date night outfit while posing with her twin sister, Hanna Cavinder, and another friend.

Cavinder looked stunning in a fitted black mini dress featuring a deep neckline and structured corset-style detailing. She later added a light beige trench coat layered over the outfit. Keeping her accessories minimal, Cowboys TE’s fiancée wore gold hoop earrings, gold stacked bracelets, rings, and carried a small black shoulder bag.

Haley Cavinder opens up on 2-year fitness transformation and overcoming eating struggles

On Saturday, Jake Ferguson’s fiancée shared a two-year transformation post on Instagram. In the post, the former college basketball star uploaded two mirror selfies side by side and added an overlay text that read, “2 years difference.”

Along with the pictures, Cavinder opened up about her fitness journey, discussed her diet changes, and shared the progress she has made over the past two years.

“2 years apart 🤍not my thinnest and that’s a win. I used to chase “skinny.” I didn’t realize how deep my eating disorder had me until I looked back. These photos used to trigger me… I’d see my smallest self and feel the urge to restrict again just to get back there. But healing looks different now!!

I’m fueling my body, not fighting it. Still reverse dieting + working toward maintenance, taking my time. Tracking macros has been a huge tool for me… not to restrict, but to give my body what it needs so I can feel strong + healthy again. This journey isn’t linear, but the growth is so worth it. 🤍”
