Jake Ferguson’s fiancée, Haley Cavinder, gave her Instagram followers a closer look at her date night outfit with the Cowboys tight end. Cavinder posted a mirror selfie on Instagram, flexing her chiseled leg muscles.

She wore a sleek and chic all-black outfit; a black faux leather belted jacket styled as a mini dress, which was cinched at the waist to highlight her toned physique.

The former Miami Hurricanes player paired the outfit with black pointed-toe heels and carried a small black clutch bag, accompanied by large gold hoop earrings.

Jake Ferguson’s fiancée Haley Cavinder shares powerful message on fitness

Last week, Haley Cavinder shared a post on Instagram about her fitness journey. The 24-year-old posted two mirror selfies side by side to show how much she has changed over the past two years.

Ferguson's fiancée wrote some tips in the caption:

“I used to chase “skinny.” I didn’t realize how deep my eating disorder had me until I looked back. These photos used to trigger me… I’d see my smallest self and feel the urge to restrict again just to get back there,” Haley wrote in the caption.

She added, “But healing looks different now!! I’m fueling my body, not fighting it. Still reverse dieting + working toward maintenance, taking my time. Tracking macros has been a huge tool for me… not to restrict, but to give my body what it needs so I can feel strong + healthy again.”

Cavinder added that her fitness journey hasn’t been a straight path, but has been worth it.
