After the Vikings' blowout win against the Cowboys, former Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Emmanuel Acho slammed Prescott, while also taking a cheap dig at McCarthy.

"Dak Prescott, how you get outplayed by J.J. McCarthy?" Acho said on "Speakeasy" on Sunday. "By J.J. McCarthy, the laughing stock of the National Football League, over the last month. He is a meme. He's more known for being a meme than he is a touchdown passer. And you got outplayed by him.

"You (Prescott) got George Pickens, CeeDee Lamb on your team, and you're throwing the (Ryan) Flournoy, huh? Make that make sense? So to me, the Cowboys played a dumb brand of football, and they acted like a dumb team. In totality, this year, just a completely dumb team."

The Cowboys now have a very slim chance of making the playoffs. Even if they win their three remaining regular-season games, Prescott and co. will need to depend on other results to make the postseason.

The Vikings can no longer make the playoffs this season. However, the team can look to build around its core for the remainder of the regular season to potentially make improvements and work better for the 2026 season.

The Giants, on the other hand, have lost eight consecutive games in a row.
