Jalen Hurts' Philadelphia Eagles suffered a 24-21 loss to the Dallas Cowboys in Week 12 on Sunday. The Eagles had raced to a 21-0 lead in the first half, but failed to see out the game, which sparked an incredible Cowboys comeback. After Philly's loss to Dallas, former Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb opened up on the tensions in the team, comparing it to his situation when Andy Reid was their coach."Individually, I think some players kind of have that mentality, but now they're really starting to question," McNabb said on "94 WIP Sports Radio" on Monday. "And I know some people will say it happened under Andy Reid's watch. Obviously, they bring our names up. But, when you have the right pieces, you don't have to worry about that such stuff, that's the main thing."It's not Andy, in the culture that he built, because we know how the culture is. And what Andy was about is, when you start bringing pieces in that the toxic culture starts to create a bad aura around the team."McNabb then discussed how Reid, currently coaching the Kansas City Chiefs, traded Tyreek Hill to the Miami Dolphins to avoid a cultural issue in the team, but remained successful.McNabb also feels this might be AJ Brown's final year with the Eagles amid his reported on-field issues with Jalen Hurts."This may be the last year for AJ Brown, because of all of this," McNabb said. "The wild part about it, and it never fails, is now everybody's talked about AJ, but what was the conversation about last week? Jalen, and how people feel about him and the coaches and players and his on-field stuff. It's so funny because it's almost Déjà vu again."I've been through it. I've seen it happening, and it was just a matter of time before all of this talk starts happening. Because now with that conversation last weekend, I wonder, now with the loss, what does that look like going through this week."Brown has expressed his frustrations with the Eagles' offense, which has led to a big drop in his output this season. The wideout also avoided a question about any rift with Hurts last week, sparking more speculation among fans about the issues in the team.ALSO READ: Eagles players frustrated with Jalen Hurts amid tensions rising with A.J.
