Dallas Cowboys general manager and owner, Jerry Jones, has come under further scrutiny after his team suffered a 27-17 loss to the Arizona Cardinals in Week 9 on Monday night. It was Dallas' fifth defeat of the season, adding another dent in the team's hopes for making the playoffs.

Amid Dallas' struggles, analyst Skip Bayless has questioned Jones' priorities. He also praised Philadelphia Eagles general manager Howie Roseman for landing linebacker Jaelen Phillips in a trade with the Miami Dolphins on Monday.

"Howie freaking Roseman is at it again," Bayless said on "The Arena Gridion" show on Monday. "He's running Super Bowl rings around Jerry Jones in Dallas while he's out doing oil and gas. Howie Roseman is out making trades. And you go get Jaelen Phillips and you already got Jaire Alexander and Michael Carter II, those are three really good players to me."

Bayless also said that he would have taken Phillips, Alexander and Carter at Dallas.

The Cowboys have had their fair share of defensive woes since trading superstar linebacker Micah Parsons to the Green Bay Packers before the start of the season.

Many fans and analysts have also urged Jones to bring in defensive reinforcements before the trade deadline.

Judging by the trades the Eagles have made, they have shown intent in wanting to win back-to-back Super Bowls.

The Raiders (2-6) are currently last in the AFC West. They will face the Denver Broncos in Week 10 before hosting the Cowboys.

Dallas will need to step up and string together a few wins after its BYE Week to remain in the race for the playoffs.
