Man avoids conviction after trespassing at Travis Kelce’s home

Justin Lee Fischer, a man arrested for trespassing at Travis Kelce's home, has avoided a criminal conviction through a legal agreement. Per FOX 4 KC’s Delaney Eyerman, he was sentenced to probation and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine by the Leawood Municipal Court.

Fisher explained in his diversion program application that he was on the property in his professional role as a process server and was never instructed to leave by anyone.

"I am seeking a diversion after being arrested in the process of doing my job as a process server," Fisher wrote. I was attempting to serve a subpoena... I went to the address through the gate as it opened and attempted to speak to the security guards in an attempt to serve the paperwork. I was never told to leave or even spoken to. Police arrived and arrested me."

Fischer was arrested by Leawood police in the early hours of Sept.15 after allegedly jumping a fence to serve deposition papers to Taylor Swift at Travis Kelce’s home. The diversion agreement helps Fischer complete probation requirements without having a criminal record.
