Skip Bayless broke down the controversies surrounding former Pittsburgh Steelers star Antonio Brown over the past few years. Brown was extradited to New Jersey after being arrested on an attempted murder charge over a shooting that took place back in May.On Saturday's episode of "The Arena", Bayless said Brown had developed into a completely different person from the one who enjoyed so much success in the NFL. He believes that things changed for the worse because of the money and fame that came with Brown's success."The guy I knew was a hard worker, hard practicer," Bayless said (Timestamp- 6:20). "So, he was the ultimate overachiever, man. I mean, he turned himself into a first ballot Hall of Famer pretty fast. ... He just took the sport over. ... And with the personality, you got the world by the tail. You can do whatever you want."As social media hit, he tried to go big on social media. Maybe that went to his head, the money went to his head. I don't know. But it was once incident after another. And it was like, 'Oh, he'll never learn from his lesson.' He just kept going and it kept spinning deeper and deeper out of control."Maybe you've known people, they're just not happy unless they're a little over the edge, like they're dangerous. They want to live that life. ... You're not happy unless you're on the edge. Well, now he's over the edge, right?"In May, Antonio Brown was involved in a shooting incident while attending streamer Adin Ross' boxing event in Miami. He later claimed that a group of people was trying to rob him, which is why he pulled out his gun in self-defense.The ex-Steelers star was temporarily detained by the police. However, in June, Miami-Dade County issued an arrest warrant in his name.Chad Ochocinco becomes emotional while talking about Antonio Brown's arrestRetired three-time All-Pro Chad Ochocinco has known Antonio Brown for years. On Friday's episode of the "Nightcap" show, he got emotional while talking about the murder charges against the ex-Steeler."You got to understand, we all grew up together," Ochocinco said. "We all come from the same area. ... That s**t hurt. I just never want to bother because he grown, you know. I want to stay in my place, you know."And that should just make me sad to see somebody that special, to understand all of the obstacles and the sacrifices get where you at, and then just to let it go like that... It's crazy."On Friday, it was reported that Brown would return to Miami after not challenging his extradition. If he is charged with second-degree murder, he might face a 15-year prison sentence and a fine of up to $10,000.
