San Francisco linebacker Fred Warner turned 29 on Wednesday; however, it wasn't until Thursday that his wife, Sydney, shared a glimpse into his birthday celebration. She posted a clip on her Instagram story of his husband cutting his cake, after his son, Beau Anthony, blew the candles.
It was a Spiderman-themed cake, and Fred helped Beau blow the candles by lifting him to the table's level. Sydney's story also included a five-word birthday wish for him.
"Happy Birthday to our Superman," Sydney wrote.

Fred Warner's wife Sydney revealed 'game changer' habit she adapted during 2nd pregnancy
Fred Warner's wife, Sydney, is pregnant with their second child. The couple announced their family expansion news in September via a joint Instagram post. Sydney also shared a "game changer" habit that she has been doing while pregnant.
“Urging all mamas to keep working out through pregnancy if that’s in your regular schedule pre-pregnancy," Sydney wrote on Instagram on Oct. 12. "It’s a game changer. If I skip a day, I’m in pain, so this is the way I’m staying out of the chiropractor this pregnancy."
Sydney has been open about detailing her pregnancy journey with her fans on social media. She revealed her fertility secret to have a safe pregnancy almost one year after giving birth to Beau in March 2024.
