Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown has been in the news following his blunt comments after the defending Super Bowl champion's 10-7 win against the Green Bay Packers on Monday.

Brown has been frustrated with his limited role in the offense this season. Eagles coach Nick Sirianni addressed the situation, contradicting reports that the wide receiver's role had been diminished.

"If you look at that game, there was a lot of plays that were going to him and didn't for different reasons," Sirianni said. "For instance, Smitty's TD, that was for AJ, they took it away, and Jalen threw it over the top. You can't look at stats and paint the picture that way.. AJ Brown is one of the best WR's in the NFL, of course, we're trying to get him involved in any way."

Brown, who had missed the previous game due to a hamstring injury, had two receptions for 13 yards on his return against the Packers. The veteran receiver displayed his frustration during a Twitch livestream after Monday's win.

When streamer, jankyrondo, asked if the Eagles star was doing good during a Madden game stream, Brown replied with a subtle jab:

"I mean, no. Where have you been? No! Yeah, yeah, family good, yeah. Everything else, no! It's a sh*t-show. You on some, 'How you been?' I'm struggling, brother."

Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown clarifies his controversial comments during Twitch stream

The Eagles wide receiver's comments during the Twitch stream went viral and A.J. Brown clarified that his remark was for the Philadelphia offense as a whole.

"It's not just solely about my situation. Obviously, I want to win, too," Brown told reporters. "I think if we're really focused on winning and doing our job, we can't just keep slapping a Band-Aid over the defense doing their job and getting us out of trouble. At what point are we going to pick up our slack as an offense?"

Although the Eagles registered their third consecutive win with the victory over the Patriots, Philadelphia's offense was bailed out by the defense. They failed to score in the first half and only managed to escape after the defense's solid fourth quarter.
