Dave Portnoy reveals Jordon Hudson messaged him after Barstool owner questioned Bill Belichick attending GF's cheerleading competition

Dave Portnoy says North Carolina Tar Heels coach Bill Belichick's girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, messaged him on Instagram. On Friday’s episode of "Pick Em," Portnoy said Hudson sent him a single thumbs-down emoji.

Portnoy brought up the message while talking about the viral clip of Belichick watching Hudson perform.

“I got a thumbs down from her,” he said. “She DM’d me a thumbs down.”

Portnoy and co-host Dan “Big Cat” Katz then debated whether Hudson could cheer at a professional level. The Barstool Sports founder replied by saying cheerleading is extremely competitive, pointing to Netflix’s "America’s Sweethearts" docuseries.

The two went back and forth about whether Hudson would be “good enough” to cheer in the NFL. As the conversation continued, cutting off Portnoy, producer Hank Lockwood later reminded the millionaire businessman about the tweet he posted after UNC’s latest loss.

“Watching UNC is so frustrating. It’s like an alien stole Belichick’s brain. Just horribly coached. Horrible decisions," Portnoy wrote on Sunday.

In a follow-up tweet, Portnoy added:

"Belichick needs to retire. This is disgusting. I’m not even sure he knows the score or where he is."

Recalling his tweets, Portnoy said on the "Pick Em" show, “I said something to that effect,” and confirmed that Hudson replied with the thumbs-down emoji soon after. Katz reacted with, “Oh, no, Dave. Oh, no.”

Belichick attended Hudson’s adult coed cheerleading competition on Sunday in Raleigh, North Carolina. He stood off to the side in a hoodie while Hudson competed with Code Black, a team that participates in major cheer events.

His appearance came one day after UNC lost 28-12 to Wake Forest, leaving the Tar Heels at 4-6.

Hudson cheered at Bridgewater State University and continues in adult competitive cheerleading.

Belichick's move came after 24 seasons with the Patriots, where he won six Super Bowls and became one of the winningest coaches in NFL history.
