Offset claimed that his ex-wife, Cardi B’s, newborn son with Stefon Diggs is his. The rapper posted an Instagram story on Sunday but quickly deleted it. It came three days after the she announced the birth of the baby.Cardi B and Offset are separated but have not finalized their divorce. Since they married in Georgia in 2017, the state's laws still apply to their marriage. Any child born to a married woman is automatically assumed to be her husband’s child even if they are separated.Offset could legally be the father unless Diggs challenges it in court to prove he is the father and protect his parental rights. If he does not, Offset could end up listed on the birth certificate as Georgia Code 19-7-20 supports that presumption.Cardi B reacted to concerns related to Georgia’s laws shared by My Mixtapez on X on Friday.“MF'ers do anything for attention and it could get real nasty with just one upload...
