The Kansas City Chiefs' playoff hopes took a big hit after a 2-10 defeat against the Houston Texans on Sunday. Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has come under fire for his post-game antics.

Kelce, who had a costly drop in their Week 14 clash, refused to talk to the media after the game, according to ESPN's Nate Taylor.

"He declined a few minute ago. He was 1 of the last guys to take their uniform off," Taylor wrote answering a query on X.

Patrick Mahomes had one of the worst games of the season, tallying a 42.4% pass completion rate, the lowest of his illustrious career. Following the game, Mahomes reflected on the missed chances, including Travis Kelce's drop that led to an interception.

“You’re getting late in the season. You’re not going to get these opportunities back,” Mahomes said. “That’s a good football team, but we had chances and we didn’t execute at the right time to win it.”

The loss dropped the Chiefs to 6-7 for the season, their worst record through 13 games in a season since 2012. The loss also ended their bid for a division title this season, ending their streak of nine consecutive AFC West titles.

The Chiefs will need to win the remaining four games and hope for results to fall in their favor if they are to make the postseason.
