Megan Thee Stallion’s Thanksgiving update drew laughter from Cam Newton’s girlfriend, Jasmin Brown, after the rapper revealed that her boyfriend, Klay Thompson, had slipped into a food coma following her homemade holiday meal.

In the video, Megan Thee Stallion showed Thompson resting after the meal. The post, shared Friday, featured her walking fans through the dishes she prepared the day before for Thompson.

Brown dropped laughing emojis under Megan’s Instagram video, writing:

“This is when that it's kicked in.”

The rapper appeared in a white tank top and red‑and‑white boxer shorts as she stirred a pot of greens that had cooked overnight. She then highlighted her homemade dressing -- “a Southern thing,” she said -- before preparing the turkey.

“I already gave it a BBL and injected that thing up last night with all the flavor,” she joked.

As she continued preparing the meal, Megan Thee Stallion acknowledged feeling nervous because it was her first time cooking for her boyfriend’s entire family. She also declared with pride that no one could top her barbecue baked beans.

After finishing all the dishes, she showed herself getting ready before taking the food over to the Thompson family’s home.

Jasmin Brown is taking on a bigger TV role as she joins Season 3 of BET’s Ms. Pat Settles It as a regular celebrity juror.

On the panel, she sits with Ms. Pat and other well-known guests, including NeNe Leakes, DeRay Davis and Karlous Miller.

The new season premiered Nov. 4 on BET, and it is Brown’s first time appearing on the show in a recurring role.

The new job comes during a busy time in her personal life. Brown and her boyfriend, former NFL quarterback Cam Newton, welcomed their second child together, a baby boy, in October. They also share a daughter born in early 2024. Newton now has nine children in all.
