Three-time Super Bowl champion Kevin Faulk’s daughter, Tanasha, died at the age of 30. She took her last breath at the Ochsner Lafayette Medical Center on Saturday (Dec. 6).
The cause of death is unknown. However, as mentioned in her obituary, the Faulk family will have her funeral services on December 13 at 11 a.m. ET at the Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church.
Tanasha Faulk is survived by her three daughters, Ava Shelvin, Jornell Zenon, and Jaida Louis, and her "companion for five years", Isaac Louis. She was known for her “vibrant spirit” and “deep devotion to those she loved.”
Tanasha was a graduate of Carencro High School. She was very close to her daughters, and as mentioned in her obituary, her daughters “were the greatest blessing of her life.”

"Being their mother brought her so much joy and she was immensely proud watching them grow and learn," the obituary reads. "Tanasha also found joy in holidays, birthdays, family gatherings, and especially Mardi Gras. She loved to cook and was happiest when preparing meals that brought people together. Her generosity, laughter, and loving nature created a sense of home wherever she went.

Kevin Faulk’s younger daughter, Kevione, was a student worker for LSU
Kevin Faulk lost his younger daughter, Kevione, back in 2021. Her cause of death was not revealed at the time. She was a student worker at LSU, where Faulk played college football from 1995 to 1998.
LSU released a statement mourning her death in 2021.
"We are heartbroken with the passing of Kevione Faulk, and our thoughts and prayers are with the Faulk family," LSU's statement reads. "She was a part of the LSU family, and we mourn the loss of a daughter, a sister, a friend, a classmate and a colleague. We ask that all Tigers keep the Faulks in their prayers and respect their privacy at this difficult time."
Kevin Faulk’s son, Kevin Faulk Jr., also passed away as an infant.
Tanasha, Kevione, and Kevin Faulk Jr. are survived by their sister Tionne Lewis and their two brothers, Tavion Faulk and Kevin Faulk III.
Kevin Faulk played his entire 13-year NFL career for the Patriots from 1999 to 2011, and following retirement, he took the coaching duties. He has been working as a running backs intern with the New York Giants since 2022.
