Mason Graham is a defensive tackle for the Cleveland Browns. He was born on September 2, 2003, and completed his graduation from the University of Michigan in the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, majoring in General Studies. Mason Graham attended Servite High School, where he played on both the offensive and defensive lines. Graham played in all 14 games as a freshman for the Wolverines, recording 2.5 sacks and 27 tackles. In addition, he was named a co-defensive player of the year. Mason was selected as a second-team All-American in 2023 after playing in all 13 games with 13 starts. Graham had a key role in Michigan's 2023 victory in the National Championship.
