#5 - Azeez Al-Shaair, Houston Texans

Azeez Al-Shaair has been consistent this season and turned it up a notch, recording his first interception of the year in addition to five total tackles. If you want someone with a reliable fantasy football floor with the chance to see a steep uptick, go with the Houston Texans linebacker.

#4 - Alex Highsmith, Pittsburgh Steelers

Alex Highsmith had arguably his most complete game of the season against the Baltimore Ravens. Highsmith recorded seven total tackles, including three tackles for loss, two quarterback hits, and a sack. Highsmith has compiled at least one sack in three of the last four games. The linebacker has found a new gear and could be a nice boost for your fantasy football team.

#3 - Nick Emmanwori, Seattle Seahawks

Nick Emmanwori is only in his first season, but the young rookie safety is playing like a veteran. Emmanwori earned six tackles, a sack, and an interception against the Atlanta Falcons. If you want a safety that can score in several different categories, Emmanwori is your guy.

It also helps that Emmanwori is set to face the Indianapolis Colts in Week 15 with a quarterback likely unprepared for the moment.

#2 - C.J. Gardner-Johnson, Chicago Bears

C.J. Gardner-Johnson's rollercoaster 12 months have been a national spectacle, but the safety appears to have finally found a situation that works for him. The reason for the newfound stability can be attributed to working for a familiar face, Dennis Allen. Per a Nov. 13 CHGO report on X, Allen explained that he believed in Gardner-Johnson because of his previous work with him between 2019-2021.

“Listen, I’ve been with him and my experience with him was really positive,” he said.

You should believe in him as well, with him piling up ten tackles and an interception against the Green Bay Packers in Week 14.

#1 - Carson Schwesinger, Cleveland Browns

Carson Schwesinger has been lights out since Nov. 9. The linebacker has earned double-digit tackles in each of his last five games, including a season-high 13 tackles against the Tennessee Titans in Week 14. It doesn't get much safer than the linebacker. If you want someone with an immediate fantasy football impact who might be overlooked as a member of the Cleveland Browns, go with Schwesinger.
