#4 - Cooper Kupp (70% rostered)

Cooper Kupp was the top receiver in the NFL in 2021 and one of the best single-season receivers in NFL history. However, while he isn't the same as he was, Kupp had a catch for 32 yards in Week 8 and a touchdown reception in Week 7. It's clear that there's still some level of talent underneath, and the seed has been planted in the mind of Sam Darnold.

As such, if Kupp is available in your league, you should jump at the opportunity to get him on your team. He might not be a starting-caliber player every week, but with the Seattle Seahawks' bye now wrapping up, you will have him as an option every week if you need someone to fill a spot on your fantasy football roster with some level of upside.

#3 - Malik Washington (12% rostered)

Malik Washington scored his first touchdown of the season against the Atlanta Falcons. With Tyreek Hill out for the year, it was only a matter of time until Tua Tagovailoa discovered his second-string receiver.

Now that Washington has had one productive game, it could lead to more. Darren Waller is also out of the picture for now, which can only amplify his usage. The Dolphins have spent plenty of time trying to throw their way back into games, which means Washington could be in for a big game in the not-too-distant future.

#2 - Tre Tucker (45% rostered)

Tre Tucker is rapidly becoming the face of the Las Vegas Raiders receiver room. Between Brock Bowers' injury troubles and Jakobi Meyers trade rumors (the Raiders want a significant return per an Oct. 25 report by ESPN, but we'll see how strong that stance truly is), Tucker could end up being Geno Smith's right-hand man for however long the Raiders decide to keep starting the quarterback.

Tyler Lockett's addition as a former teammate of Smith and disciple of Pete Carroll is the only factor that could hold Tucker back. The Raiders have found themselves falling behind often on the scoreboard, which only helps Tucker out more.

#1 - Kayshon Boutte (30% rostered)

Kayshon Boutte has been putting up set-and-forget level numbers in recent weeks, scoring four touchdowns in his last three games. In total, Boutte has scored five touchdowns and could start challenging Stefon Diggs for starting honors in the wide receiver room.

If you are in one of the many fantasy football leagues letting Boutte slip through the cracks, it's time to put in a waiver claim for the receiver as soon as possible. Most fantasy football teams can use someone of Boutte's caliber and even drop a notable name in exchange if needed.
