#4 - Devaughn Vele, New Orleans Saints (8.4% rostered)
Devaughn Vele woke up in July as a member of the Denver Broncos, but by September, he found himself on what would become the other side of the standings with the New Orleans Saints. While that might have hurt, Vele has had opportunities to have big games for New Orleans in an offense that has spent plenty of time in pass-first situations.
He's been able to capitalize at times, giving the Saints reason to believe New Orleans didn't waste the team's sixth and seventh-round picks (Broncos media). If Chris Olave can't break through at any point in the coming weeks, the next receiver to be targeted would be Vele, who is only one week removed from eight catches for 93 yards and a touchdown in Week 13.
#3 - Darius Slayton, New York Giants (19.9% rostered)
Darius Slayton has frustrated fantasy football managers at times this season, but the receiver has earned at least 700 yards in four of his five years. Sitting at 573 yards heading into Week 15, Slayton is potentially in for at least one big game in the coming weeks to get back to his average.
As the team's second wide receiver, he should get plenty of looks in games where Wan'Dale Robinson is less effective.
#2 - Ryan Flournoy, Dallas Cowboys (0.4% rostered)
Ryan Flournoy has been a complete write-off for most of the year, but the wide receiver is coming off an explosive 13-target, nine-reception, 115-yard performance, including a touchdown.
With the Minnesota Vikings on tap and likely to clamp down on the obvious targets of CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens, Flournoy could see another big day in Week 15.
#1 - Kayshon Boutte, New England Patriots (26.9% rostered)
Kayshon Boutte dominated by waiver wire standards in October, tallying four touchdowns and 266 receiving yards. Now coming off his first double-digit performance since Week 8, Boutte could be getting ready for another run. Fantasy football managers are likely to regret not taking a chance if they have a roster spot to burn.
With matchups against the Buffalo Bills and New York Jets on tap in the next three weeks, Boutte could be a league-winner.
