Briscoe shared a picture with his wife, Marissa Cooper Briscoe, and eldest son at the annual NASCAR awards banquet after ending a strong 2025 season with Joe Gibbs Racing. The 30-year-old moved from Stewart‑Haas Racing to JGR this season. He replaced the retiring Martin Truex Jr. in the No. 19 Toyota and collected three wins, multiple pole positions, and his first visit to the Championship 4.

"No hair and no championship trophy tonight at the banquet but I am taking home a trophy wife," he wrote on Instagram.

Pruett, who has won 12 national Top Fuel event wins in the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA), is also set to return to the sport next season. She stepped away from racing last season to start a family with Stewart, who took her place in Tony Stewart Racing's dragster. The couple welcomed their first child in November 2024, and Pruett will return to full-time drag racing competition in 2026.

"Tony and I are two different personalities" - Chase Briscoe on taking advice from 'hero' Tony Stewart before NASCAR Cup finale

Before the NASCAR Cup Series finale at Phoenix Raceway, Chase Briscoe shared that Tony Stewart was the only person he spoke to for advice. The former Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR) driver has advanced to the Round of 8 twice with his former team but has never progressed to the final round.

Earlier this month, Briscoe also talked about the 2024 season finale, which was SHR's final NASCAR race.

"I remember sitting on the grid after we fired engines and just crying for my whole childhood. I idolized Tony, he was my hero," Briscoe said, via Forbes.
"The only person I have talked to is Tony Stewart. ... When your hero reaches out wanting to give you advice, you certainly call him back. I took from what he said what I could, but Tony and I are two different personalities. What may have worked for him, may not work for me," he added.

However, Briscoe experienced tire issues during practice at Phoenix and started the race from 12th place, finishing last among all playoff drivers. The Indiana-native ran in the top 10 for most of the race, but also suffered tire failures that ended his championship hopes.
