2012 NASCAR Cup Series champion Brad Keselowski recently shared an X post wishing his fans a happy Thanksgiving. However, Keselowski also humorously called out how people who were against using the internet now easily believe in fake news and supported his claim, citing Bubba Wallace's white flag rumor. The rumors surrounding the 23XI Racing driver began a few months back, around June 2025. Later, the Cup Series driver appeared on the Teardown podcast with NASCAR analyst Jeff Gluck and addressed the rumors as false claims. The stock car analyst highlighted how people thought that this was a real thing, and he didn't want the white flag because it was "racist."Following that, rumors about Brad Keselowski retiring also spread across the internet. However, Keselowski has no plans to retire from the Cup Series, and he has been vocal about this on multiple occasions. Reflecting on that, on Thanksgiving, the former NASCAR champion addressed the same and wrote:"To all my followers who grew up being told “You’ll never get anywhere in life on that computer,” or “you can’t believe the internet” and today are now trying to defend to the same people who read on Facebook how Bubba Wallace is quitting over the white flag and how I’m retiring. I feel you… Happy thanksgiving! Ps: I know I’m not retiring. Pretty sure Bubba ain’t either. Thanks for sticking up for us."Brad Keselowski debuted in the NASCAR Cup Series with Hendrick Motorsports in 2008 and drove the #25 Chevy. He then joined Team Penske in 2014 and stayed with the team until the end of the 2021 season. Keselowski then moved to RFK Racing and has been driving the #6 Ford for the team since then."They’re pushing me": When the former NASCAR champion expressed his feelings about his teammates' performance in the 2025 seasonAhead of the 2025 Talladega Superspeedway, former NASCAR champion Brad Keselowski was featured in a media day availability. During the interaction, he opened up about his RFK Racing teammates, Chris Buescher and Ryan Preece, pushing him to his limits this season. The #6 Ford Mustang driver witnessed his worst season since his rookie year. He failed to secure a victory this year and also missed the chance to enter the playoffs. Meanwhile, his teammates wrapped the season ranking above the NASCAR veteran.Reflecting on the same, Keselowski told the press:“They’re pushing me, which is good. I don’t want it to be a one-directional relationship where I was pushing them. Maybe I got a little more than I hoped for (laughing), but I really like the intensity that both of them have. Ryan has brought a level of thoroughness that is very impressive and the effort that comes with that. Ryan and Chris are two great race car drivers."The Michigan native finished the 2025 season in 20th place with six top-five finishes. On the other hand, his teammate Ryan Preece ranked 18th and secured three top fives with a pole position at Richmond Raceway. While Chris Buescher was 17th with five top-five and 16 top-ten finishes in 36 starts this season.
