Past halfway through the Hangtown 100 at Placerville Speedway, the USAC midget main turned chaotic, and NASCAR fans' reaction flooded social media as Hendrick Motorsports drivers Kyle Larson and Corey Day suffered violent flips in separate incidents.Larson flipped after he made contact with Daison Pursley with about five laps to go. Day's crash came earlier in the race on Saturday, November 15.Day, who is set to move up the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts (Xfinity) Series full-time in Hendrick Motorsports' No. 17 Chevrolet next year, had paced laps in the middle stages and chased Larson hard for the lead.
