The Dangerous Summer's song "Dream" is included on the official NASCAR 25 soundtrack, alongside songs by other artists such as Killer Mike and Breaking Benjamin. Gamers heard the track while racing virtual laps on modern consoles and PCs. The soundtrack mixes classic rock, rap, and modern rock to match the game’s fast pace. Players said that the playlist gave races an added rush.

The American rock band's frontman, AJ Perdomo, described how Earnhardt Jr. helped the group reconnect and reach racing audiences in a video on Instagram.

"Dale and I go way back. He was a big reason why we got back together. I think we both talked each other back into a beautiful part of our lives. He brought Ryan Blaney out in 2017 to four-chord music festival. It was funny to have two of the biggest NASCAR drivers in history standing right there watching us play," Perdomo said.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. first heard the band's music on an alternative rock streaming station and found out that they had broken up. He reached out to Perdomo, and eventually the band re-formed.

Junior also helped set up festival slots and a trackside show at Pocono Raceway in 2018. The band also worked with Earnhardt Jr.'s production team on a music video.

"He showed us the NASCAR culture and that's what I love to not only a champion of Music but a champion for NASCAR, the sport, the culture, everything about it," Perdomo added.
