On the latest episode of the Dale Jr. Download podcast, former NASCAR Cup Series driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. shared his perfect Thanksgiving meal. During the episode, Dale Jr. opened up about his wife Amy Earnhardt's wasabi-spiked deviled eggs and described it as the perfect meal for the holiday.Earnhardt Jr. and Amy met in 2009 when he hired her to renovate one of his properties in North Carolina. The duo clicked and soon began dating. Later, the couple tied the knot on December 31, 2016, and have been married since then. They also share two daughters, Ilsa Rose and Nicole Lorraine.During the podcast, Dale Earnhardt Jr. began the conversation by addressing his mother's green bean casserole. Following that, he mentioned cornbread as another option for the Thanksgiving meal. But he was saving the best dish for the last and talked about Amy's wasabi-infused deviled eggs.The NASCAR veteran highlighted that his wife makes the perfect deviled eggs by mixing wasabi and adding soy sauce to the filling. He further explained [00:25]:"Amy's recipe its got wasabi in it, and it's got soy sauce in it. And she makes the deviled egg part. She mixes some wasabi in there, but the part that's perfect is right before you put the filling in the egg white, she puts a drop of soy sauce in the egg white. And so when you put the filling in there, they the soy sauce covers all the interior dish of that egg white. And it's like a It's amazing. It's really good."Dale Earnhardt Jr. concluded and mentioned that Amy hasn't made her infamous deviled eggs in a while. He further highlighted that he would ask her to make some for him for Thanksgiving."We can go for a week without talking": When Dale Earnhardt Jr. expressed his emotions about dealing with any conflict with his wifeIn February 2025, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and his wife, Amy Earnhardt, started a new podcast series, Bless Your Hardt, on YouTube. During the first episode of the series, the couple got candid about working out their differences.The two-time NASCAR Xfinity Series champion also opened up about his concerns about having arguments with Amy ahead of the premiere episode. He stated:"There's some concern from my end about the podcast, not really exposing something, but if we do have a disagreement and it's Thursday morning, we gotta sit down and have a show."Reflecting on that, Amy claimed that if something like that had happened, she would have hashed out the argument for the episode. She further claimed that the couple could go days without talking to resolve the conflicts."We can go for a week without talking to each other even with the kids and the whole thing in the house," Amy said.Dale Earnhardt Jr. and his wife claimed the new way of dealing with conflicts is much better than continuously arguing with each other.
