NASCAR Playoff Picture 2025: Updated Cup Series points standings after Xfinity 500 at Martinsville Speedway

A total of 35 races have taken place in the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season. Hendrick Motorsports' William Byron became the latest race winner of the season after winning the Xfinity 500 at Martinsville Speedway on Sunday, October 26. After a restart with 11 laps left, Byron beats Ryan Blaney to cross the finish line in P1.

With the win, Byron locked his Championship 4 spot and gained 61 points. He moved to the third place in the Cup Series playoff points table with 5000 points. Meanwhile, after a P2 finish at Martinsville, Ryan Blaney gained 39 points and moved to only sixth place with 2315 points. He failed to advance to the championship 4 event.

After a P5 finish at Martinsville, Kyle Larson gained 49 points and moved to the fourth spot in the points table with 5000 points. The Hendrick Motorsports star driver has secured his final 4 spot.

Meanwhile, Ty Gibbs, who started on the front row, failed to utilize his opportunity and ended up finishing 12th. He gained 31 points and moved to 19th place in the championship standings with 767 points.

The defending NASCAR Cup Series champion, Joey Logano, finished eighth and gained 38 points. He moved to eighth place in the points table with 2291 points and missed the chance to defend his crown.
