Based on the tournament rules, eight teams from Group Green will head over to the Last Chance Qualifiers:

The teams mentioned above will be joined by the eight teams (ranked from fourth to thirteenth) from Group Red in the Last Chance Qualifiers at the end of Group Red's matches on December 4, 2025.

The Last Chance Qualifiers will be played on December 6 and 7, 2025. The 16 qualified teams will feature in 12 matches (6 on Erangel, 4 on Miramar, and 2 on Rondo), and the top 2 teams from this stage will join the 14 qualified teams in the PMGC 2025 Grand Finals.
