Clash of Clans Awakened King: Design and cost

A new skin for the Barbarian King has arrived in the Clash of Clans Store. Since the current season revolves around Nordic culture and Christmas festivities, all the cosmetics released this month have the same theme, with Awakened King being no exception.

What does the Clash of Clans Awakened King skin look like?

The Awakened King skin in Clash of Clans transforms the Barbarian King into a being imbued with frost power. With this cosmetic on, the character has blue skin and is dressed in Nordic attire. He wears a helmet with horns resembling those of a bull and a wolf skull on his right shoulder serving as a pauldron.

The Barbarian King also wields a glowing greatsword with some runes engraved on it, ready to strike whoever stands in his way.

How to obtain the Clash of Clans Awakened King skin

The Awakened King skin is available in the in-game shop for USD 4.99. Note that it will be removed once the December season ends and may not return to the shop. However, it will likely stay in the Supercell Store.

Follow the steps below to purchase the cosmetic:

Step 1: Head to the Home Village.
Step 2: Tap the Shop icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Click on the Awakened King skin. It's the first item you will see in the Shop.
Step 4: Complete the payment procedure.

If you can't afford the Awakened King skin, you can get it for free by collecting Play Points on the Google Play Store. You can obtain these in-app tokens by completing tasks such as installing an application, using it for a few days, and writing a review about it on the platform. After you cross a certain threshold, you can redeem these tokens and purchase the cosmetic.

Note, however, that some applications you're asked to install might contain money-wagering mechanics or turn out to be addictive. So, be cautious.
