It's never easy living in the shadow of a legendary parent. And Sean Stewart, the son of iconic musician Rod Stewart, is experiencing this firsthand following his brutal knockout loss at a recent Misfits boxing event.Earlier today, in Nashville, Tennessee, Sean laced up for his boxing debut at the Misfits Duel event, where the cross-over promotion featured some newly signed fighters as well as some celebrity bouts.Strangely enough, Misfits referred to Sean as Rod Stewart's son instead of his name throughout fight week. That, in hindsight, might have made the post-fight coverage of his loss even worse for the fighter.Stewart faced popular streamer Brendon Davis, aka 'BDave', at the event. His opponent employed mind games early, even walking out to the legendary musician's tunes. However, as the fight started, the musician's son took over, putting his foe on the back foot with some combinations. The 'Have you ever seen the rain?' singer's son dropped his hands in the middle of an exchange, seemingly to taunt his opponent, but was promptly clipped with a clean right hook, sending him crashing down to the canvas and forcing the referee to stop the fight just 15 seconds in.True to form, the streamer made sure to have his moment and made an explicit celebration, which, unfortunately for Stewart, has now gone viral on social media. Sean's father has been in London recently for a performance and was not present at the Misfits event, and as such didn't have to witness his son's perils live.Check out BDave's post-fight celebration after knocking out Rod Stewart's son below:When Rod Stewart's son said Conor McGregor would beat Manny PacquiaoRod Stewart's son, Sean, appears to be a mixed martial arts fan and an even bigger supporter of the sport's biggest star, Conor McGregor. While 'The Notorious' already has a loss in boxing to the great Floyd Mayweather, Sean believes the Irishman will emerge the victor if he ever faced Manny Pacquiao.During a 2020 interview with ESNEWS, Sean made the daring prediction:"I'll tell you who my favorite UFC fighter is - McGregor. Conor McGregor. He is a great entertainer, great fighter, if he can just work on his ground game, he'll be 10 times better... [In a fight against Pacquiao] I got Conor McGregor."
