Brendan Schaub recently shared his thoughts on Dana White accusing Francis Ngannou of putting his hands on him. Schaub broke down what may have led to Ngannou physically confronting White and outlined how the UFC's alleged treatment of its fighters may potentially have had a role to play in the altercation.

For context, White recently sounded off on "bad guy" Ngannou during an appearance on the Flagrant podcast and claimed that the former UFC heavyweight champion once physically accosted him in his office after allegedly getting upset over not receiving a $50,000 post-fight bonus. White also claimed that Ngannou gave UFC CBO Hunter Campbell the same treatment.

In an episode of The Schaub Show, the former UFC heavyweight contender shared his thoughts on White's allegations about Ngannou. Recalling his personal experience dealing with UFC brass, he said:

"Listen, Dana calling Francis Ngannou a 'bad guy' is like a spade calling a spade, right? So, I don't think Dana's a bad guy. I don't think Francis is a bad guy. But, I'll say this. I'm not defending putting your hands on anybody, but I will say that over the entire course of the UFC, as long as it has been around, there are no bigger bullies, depends on what your definition of bullying is, there's no bigger bullies than the UFC brass."

He added:

"The disrespect, behind the scenes, to managers, to fighters directly, including myself. The texts I got from UFC brass, after a fight, would make anybody upset. When the toughest men on the planet, who fight for a living, feel disrespected, their way of communicating is through physical action and this is a by-product of that."

Dana White claims Francis Ngannou physically confronted him after bonus talks went sideways

Dana White recently claimed that Francis Ngannou got rough with him after getting upset over being overlooked for a post-fight bonus. It's worth noting that White and Ngannou have a history of bad blood, and there is no love lost between them.

In an episode of Andrew Schulz's Flagrant podcast (via @ChampRDS on X), White recalled his tense altercation with Ngannou and said:

"He was p*ssed off he didn’t get a $50,000 in his last fight, that he didn’t get the bonus of the night. I said Francis, you didn’t get it for this, that [reason] and he’s in my office, and he’s arguing with me... The conversation’s over, and I’m starting to leave, and he grabs me by my shirt and pushes me back in my office, and I said, 'Dude, get your f**king hands off me.' I could see in this guy’s face and in his eyes, and the way he’s acting who this guy really f**king is."
