Arlovski, competing in his first boxing bout since retiring from MMA, kept a patient pace early. He measured Kelz with his jab and occasionally tested the guard with single power shots.

By the fourth round, the veteran’s timing caught up with the younger opponent. A sharp right hand landed flush on the chin, sending Kelz collapsing against the ropes before hitting the canvas motionless. The referee waved it off immediately.

Andrei Arlovski talks about his decision to compete in Misfits Boxing

Andrei Arlovski’s late-career move to Misfits Boxing has given him a fresh spark that few expected. The 46-year-old former UFC heavyweight champion stopped reality TV fighter Kelechi 'Kelz' Dyke in the fourth round of his debut in Nashville.

Arlovski has now recorded three straight knockout wins in 2025 across boxing, bare-knuckle, and Dirty Boxing rules. The veteran admitted he only recently learned about Misfits but embraced the chance to compete again. He now has his sights set on bigger boxing names, including Jake Paul.

Speaking in an interview with MMA Fighting’s Damon Martin ahead of the fight against Dyke, he said:

“My manager told me you have an opportunity to fight in a boxing match. Would you like to? I said absolutely, let’s go. That’s how it happened... To be honest with you, shame on me, I never heard about [Misfits]. But right after a little bit, I found out that Tony Ferguson is fighting over there. I guess I’ll find out soon.”
