Thai slugger Shadow Singha Mawynn and Algerian destroyer Mohamed Younes Rabah will run it back in a featherweight Muay Thai scrap, which will be part of ONE Fight Night 38 on Friday, December 5.Shadow, a former Rajadamnern Stadium Muay Thai world champion, and the Team Mehdi Zatout warrior will settle unfinished business live in American primetime from Bangkok, Thailand. Both men treated fight fans to a classic all-action battle at ONE Fight Night 33 in July this year. That was, of course, until action came to a halt due to an accidental and unintentional strike. The PK Saenchai Muaythaigym representative advanced into enemy territory behind his series of demonizing kicks. The 25-year-old battered Rabah's thighs with power on the inside and the outside, which slowed down the normally speedy Algerian. His powerful kicks, however, didn't stop 'The Eagle' from flying forward in search of making a statement. The Thailand-based fighter, who trains under former ISKA and WBC world champion Mehdi Zatout, landed calf kicks and followed up with boxing combinations that drew an instant reaction from the PK Saenchai fighter.Rabah's eagerness to land something big saw him outstrike the third-ranked featherweight Muay Thai contender, but it also left him exposed inside the pocket. Shadow snuck in with a piston-like right hand just before the end of the first bell, dropped his foe onto the canvas, and secured the first knockdown. Both men went back to the turnbuckle and received instructions from their respective corners. When the match resumed, they wasted no time trading leather in the middle of the ring.Unfortunately, during an exchange, Shadow accidentally poked Rabah in the eye, and after examination from the ringside doctors, 'The Eagle' couldn't continue, and the referee declared the bout a no contest.
