ONE women’s atomweight kickboxing world champion ‘The Queen’ Phetjeeja Lukjaoporongtom worked very hard in the gym, preparing a host of game plans and strategies ahead of her recent fight against Polish star Martyna Dominczak.
But none of it mattered when the bell rang.
Phetjeeja scored a first-round technical knockout victory over Dominczak in blistering fashion, sending her opponent to the canvas in front of her hometown crowd at ONE Fight Night 38: Andrade vs. Baatarkhuu on Prime Video at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand last Saturday, December 6.

‘The Queen’ says her power made all the difference. She told ONE Championship:
“There were actually a lot of plans, many plans that we had worked on together, but I actually haven't had a chance to use any of them. I had prepared the counterattack for her push kicks, but then, as you can see, the fight went by very quick. I didn't have a chance to use any of that.”
Phetjeeja added:
“But then I also saw an opportunity to close the distance and use my punches. So the punches were effective, so I was able to use that to finish the fight.”

Phetjeeja looking to add ONE Muay Thai gold to her collection
As the holder of the ONE women’s atomweight kickboxing world title, there’s only one thing on ‘The Queen’ Phetjeeja Lukjaoporongtom's mind — to win the ONE women’s atomweight Muay Thai world championship.
Phetjeeja has her eyes on reigning atomweight Muay Thai queen Allycia Hellen Rodrigues, and says it has always been her dream to become champ-champ.
She told Nick Atkin of Bangkok Post:
“Yes. If there is an opportunity, of course, I’ll take it. I would love to be a double champ, and the Muay Thai belt has always been my goal since I first joined ONE.”
