Fabricio Andrade is already confident of what he has accomplished in the game that he believes he does not need to put anybody down, particularly his opponents, during his fights. He is just focusing on what he needs to do to get the victory.

The reigning ONE bantamweight MMA world champion touched on it in an interview with ONE Championship ahead of his scheduled title defense against Enkh-Orgil Baatarkhuu of Mongolia at ONE Fight Night 38 on Dec. 5 at the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

'Wonder Boy' shared that he has had enough of the bravado that goes with fights and is letting his action do the talking for him, saying:

“I don’t need to treat anybody bad to prove that I’m better than anyone. Now I’m more of a good guy.”

ONE Fight Night 38 will see Fabricio Andrade defend the bantamweight MMA world title for the second time since claiming it in February 2023 after he beat former divisional king John Lineker by TKO (corner stoppage).

Andrade retained the championship belt back in January by making short work of South Korean rival Kwon Won il, scoring a TKO (body shot) victory just 42 seconds into their title match.

Out to cut short the Brazilian champion's reign is Baatarkhuu, a tenacious wrestler who also packs a lot of power. He has won six of his seven matches in ONE Championship, including the last three, and is on a mission to take his campaign to a whole new level by becoming a world champion.

Fabricio Andrade not underestimating dangerous Enkh-Orgil Baatarkhuu at ONE Fight Night 38

While confident of what he is bringing at ONE Fight Night 38, Fabricio Andrade is in no way underestimating Enkh-Orgil Baatarkhuu, who he believes is dangerous if allowed to do his thing.

He shared this in an interview with the South China Morning Post, highlighting the toughness of the veteran Mongolian fighter, who has been nearly unstoppable since coming on board ONE Championship in April 2023.

Fabricio Andrade said:

“Yeah, man. He's tough, you know, that's one thing. He's tough. He lost one time to Artem Belakh. Artem Belakh was able to stop him, but he’s coming from good wins, and he's a tough opponent, very experienced.”

Baatarkhuu has won his last three matches, the most recent a convincing decision victory over Filipino Jeremy Pacatiw back in March.
