Jon Jones recently bought a property right in the heart of Grozny, the capital city of Chechnya, Russia. Now, the former UFC heavyweight champion has sent a hilarious warning to potential future residents.Jones' new home is in the same housing complex as the reigning middleweight champion, Khamzat Chimaev. In a recent post on Instagram, Russian realtor Kvartal Construction proudly stated:"The list of star clients of the Kvartal construction company has grown by another UFC champion. Jon Jones has chosen the Black Rock residential complex."The update also quotes the UFC icon warning future residents to clean up their act unless they want to be confronted by him and Chimaev:"It’s pretty exciting to be the second UFC fighter who is staying at this beautiful apartment complex along with Khamzat Chimaev. I chose a really great company!
