'The Queen' Phetjeeja credits her undefeated promotional run to more than just natural talent, it's the systematic approach her team brings to every fight camp.

The reigning ONE atomweight kickboxing world champion squares off against WMC Muay Thai world champion Martyna Dominczak in an atomweight Muay Thai clash inside Bangkok's legendary Lumpinee Stadium.

Before she returns to action at ONE Fight Night 38: Andrade vs. Baatarkhuu, the 23-year-old Thai megastar revealed what makes her training environment at Venum under coach Mehdi Zatout so effective.

"Well, I just think it's all about communication. And also anything that we need to adapt, we just adapt," the Team Mehdi Zatout representative told combat sports analyst Nick Atkin.

"Whatever I need to change, I have to work on that. I like that they always come up with a plan, and the plan is always continuous, like the pre-fight, we fight, and then the next one, what do we do? So it gives me more confidence and stability in terms of training," she continued.

A win inside the Mecca of Muay Thai this Friday will help 'The Queen' close in on her main mission under the ONE spotlight: Two-sport world championship glory.

Phetjeeja has been wanting in on a chance to lock horns against Allycia Hellen Rodrigues for the latter's atomweight Muay Thai gold over the past year.

And if all goes to plan, Phetjeeja could position herself as the leading contender heading into 2026, as long as she gets her hand raised versus Dominczak.

Martyna Dominczak believes she has the 'physical' edge over Phetjeeja

Before Dominczak racked up back-to-back wins in atomweight Muay Thai, the Polish striking warrior primarily fought in the strawweight division at the start of her career.

However, after suffering a defeat to Ekaterina Vandaryeva in her second ONE outing, the Legion Glogow fighter decided it would be best for her to make a permanent move to atomweight.

As such, the promotion's first fighter from Poland believes her past experience competing in a higher weight bracket will come in handy against the Thai megastar at ONE Fight Night 38.

"I think I can be stronger than her. I'm coming [down] from strawweight to atomweight, so I think also the physical strength will be on my side," the 23-year-old told ONE in a pre-fight interview.
