The Australian veteran said:

“Obviously, leg locks, if I can get them. If I get the chance off a leg entanglement, I want to come up and try to pass as well. Everyone who follows me sort of knows me just as a guard player. I want to show I can do more than that.”

He told The FloGrappling Show in an interview:

“I spent probably seven or eight years trying to be some version of Marcelo's game. I was on MGinAction (Marcelo Garcia’s virtual academy), watching his instructionals, watching rolling footage, just trying to emulate as much of his game as possible. I have a pretty good understanding of what to expect from him.”
