ONE bantamweight MMA world champion ‘Wonder Boy’ Fabricio Andrade is the best MMA fighter in his weight class, known for his well-rounded skills and his explosive striking. But even he was dwarfed in the face of ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion Nabil Anane.

The Brazilian recalled meeting the towering Algerian-Thai phenom at a ONE Championship event, and remembers himself being absolutely mesmerized by Anane’s sheer size.

He told Bangkok Post’s Nick Atkin in an interview:

“Yeah, bro. Like he’s too tall, you know? He’s too tall. I’ve seen him before, and I was surprised. I knew he was tall, but he’s really tall.”

Anane is 6 feet 4 inches tall, and weighs 145 pounds for his fights. That’s an incredible statistic, and many wonder how the 21-year-old is even able to meet the bantamweight limit.

Anane is coming off a spectacular featherweight kickboxing debut at the recently concluded ONE 173: Superbon vs. Noiri in Tokyo, Japan on Nov. 16. There, he defeated Japanese phenom Hiromi Wajima in a dominant performance.
